Exceptional

Pros: The apartment was impecably clean and it had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. When we arrived the place was modern, warm and cosy, exceeding our expectations. The owner was so nice and helpful and we really appreciated his attention to details. The location is great, on a quiet street, but within walking distance to the center. I recommend this apartment 10/10 and I hope to be back again. Thank you for your hospitality!

Great place, comfy and clean.

Pros: great place to stay, perfect size for 4 persons, even 6 is doable. New (remodeled) apartment, good bathroom, and contact with the owner was totally organic. It has parking, which is a pro.

Cons: The only thing I could point out as negative is the location. Neighbor is good, and is not THAT far from the center, but just have in mind it is 15 min away (walking)

Best apartment in Maribor

Pros: Location, quality, cleanlyness of apartment was gorgeus. When we had a minor technical problem the owner was there within 5 minutes and gave support. I would recommend this apartment to everybody. We will back there if visit Maribor again.

Cons: There was nothing negative.

Excellent cosy apartment for family vacation

Pros: Apartment is highly functional with two separated bedrooms, kitchen with all amenities, bathroom with washing machine, smart TV and net. The parking is available in front of the object, which is very convenient in Maribor. The location is strategically good, not in strict center, but very peaceful and still in urban area. You may need 15-20 minutes of light walk to the city centre. Large shopping centres are near the apartment. Bakeries and smaller shops are available nearby. The host is very pleasant and at disposal at any time.

Cons: It would be useful to add few bowls and few small cups for espresso in the kitchen. Maybe small rug in bedroom.

It was excellent for a short stay!

Pros: Very clean and spacious, kitchen neatly organised with everything that you need. We also had complimentary coffee and bottled water in the fridge. The apartment is well suited for a family or group of friends of 4.

Cons: The apartment is not at walking distance from the city center, but it is in a nice residential neighbourhood.
