Pros: The experience was excellent. It's close to the highway, and parking is conveniently located downstairs. The room is very spacious, with good facilities and attention to detail. The hot water was hot and plentiful, and there was a very large TV with various pay-per-view channels. The host was very welcoming. You can contact the host by phone and WhatsApp half an hour before arrival.

Pros: Comfortable, quiet, clean and very spaceous. Everything inside is very new and works perfectly. The host is very kind and helpful. Thank you Matjaz. Recommended!
Cons: Nothing wrong. It is just a little bit outside the city and could be difficult to reach without a car and navigator, but for me it wasn't really a problem.

Pros: What I liked: Perfect stay. Although I had some trouble finding the place at first due to an internet issue (it’s right next to the border and my phone didn’t switch networks, so I had no mobile data), the owner immediately helped me and was very kind and understanding about the mix-up. The accommodation was clean, tidy, quiet, and felt very safe.
Cons: There’s really nothing I didn’t like, but a capsule coffee machine with some small cream portions would have been a nice touch. There’s ground coffee and a moka pot available, but I think a capsule machine with one capsule and cream per cup would suit this lovely and cozy studio perfectly.

Everything as expected. In my case I just needed a place to sleep overnight while driving.
Pros: The owner Matjaz is very helpful. He was in touch all the time over Whatsapp and met me there to hand over the keys and introduce the property. The property is on a good location if you only need a place to sleep when travelling. It can also be used if you want to explore the near areas of Slovenia and Italy.

Pros: Perfect solution for my needs. Easy to reach by car, this apartment is functional and has everything we need. Totally renovated, silent, very clean and comfortable bed. Huge television. Very friendly host. High quality-price ratio. Totally recommended.

Pros: I liked very kind welcoming by the host; a kitchenette was equipped with coffee, tea, sparkling water, small juices, and some welcoming sweets., as well as oil and salt. A nice big TV and Netflix were available. I liked the comfortable bed, and the room was spacious. The apartment was clean and pleasant. It is a good place to stay overnight if you travel by car and want to stay next to the highway.

Pros: Spacious, clean, modern apartment in the office building, has everything you need for a short stay. Very comfortable bed, powerful shower, huge TV, lots of snacks. The host Matjaz is prompt to help.

Pros: Sebbene non ci fosse una colazione in senso stretto, L'host ci ha fatto trovare delle merendine e delle bottiglie d'acqua in maniera del tutto gratuita. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo. Per quanto riguarda la struttura, NON spaventatevi se esternamente l'appartamento sembra un ufficio. In realtà lo era, ma una volta dentro vi si stravolgeranno gli occhi di quanto è curato, bello e pulito. La gentilezza dei proprietari è davvero la ciliegina sulla torta, ci siamo sentiti a casa. Unico appunto, consiglio di mettere un tappetino dentro la doccia. E' facilissimo scivolare e qualcuno potrebbe involontariamente farsi male. Per tutto il resto, ANDATE IN QUESTO APPARTAMENTO, nessuno rimarrà deluso, soprattutto visto il prezzo irrisorio. Grazie per l'ospitalità ;)
