Cosy little cottage with easy access to the lake

Pros: Cosy and quiet little chalet which had everything we needed. Breakfast delivered each morning was a selection of healthy deli items including the usual sliced cheese and meat, but also yogurt with fresh fruit, fresh bread and juice. Excellent communication from Alice, who had to come and help us technophobes with the TV! Short walk to lake.

Cons: If there were curtains downstairs it would be more private, and also warmer in the winter months.

Home from home in this quiet cottage in the centre of Bled

Pros: We liked the privacy, we liked the fact that you could park outside, we liked the breakfast in the morning brought to our door. It’s really is home from Home.

Cons: Nothing really

Really cozy and nearby Bled lake!

Pros: Own space, well hidden from the main streets that kept it very quiet.

Cons: During a hot summer day the cabin gets really hot, nothing else.

A perfect gateway for an intimate moment

Pros: Everything was perfect, the cabin house is perfectly designed, feels homy cosy and very charming. There are plenty of utensils if you would like to cook along with a small fridge and stove. We forgot that we had breakfast included so the next day we found a small basket at the backyard with some goodies (it was a light breakfast with eggs, fresh bread, jam and butter) but was good. The cabin is very well isolated and the shower was perfect, a bit small but it perfectly does the job. The landlord came to check in if we needed anything and made sure we are alright. When we were there it was raining heavily, so we asked for umbrellas and got two from the landlord, that was so sweet!

Cons: The only thing that I think would make a bit of difference for me personally is having curtains at the ground floor. Obviously it’s also nice to be able to see outside especially as the garden is very well maintained, but I would prefer to have the possibility of opening and closing the curtains in the kitchen/small living room for more privacy. FYI, there is already curtains at the first floor which is the bedroom.

Pros: Lovely little chalet, with a private parking space (parking is difficult in Bled). We were at walking distance from the center and the lake.

Cons: My wife has back problem and there were no adequate sitting space for here in the chalet. The sofa was too low and the stools too high. The terrace was OK though. Kitchen is not really equipped to make a real meal: there is no kitchen knife, scissors, wine glasses. But it didn't bother us as we were always outside to eat.

Pros: Everything was perfect! The apartment is 3min walk from the lake, but it is really calm and private. All details are wonderful and well-designed, the most beatiful wooden cottage I’ve ever been. Alice was really nice and helpful! I travelled with my dog and everybody was so friendly with him :)

Perfect stay - if it’s not a heat wave.

Pros: Excellent location Clean Responsive staff. I needed to ask for a fan and one was kindly delivered in no time. Great price for location.

Cons: It was unfortunate I was there on a couple of really hot days, with not a breath of wind- which may be unusual for the area. Chalet was super hot - staff brought me a fan. Windows have no screens for bugs, so hard to sleep with windows open. If it wasn’t so hot it would be almost perfect - but no ac is reflected in the good price. Would love to return in winter.

Cute cottage at a great location

Pros: We were super happy. The cottage is 2 min walk from the bus station, 1 min walk from a super nice bakery where we would go in the mornings. It's also 3 min walk from the lake. The bed and especially the pillows were super comfortable. We didn't care that the cottage was in a backyard. After all, we prefer to be in a quiet place rather than on the street with the constant noise and passing of cars. It was super cosy and quiet, and the patio was a nice one with a garden. The host was friendly, we paid through booking and the receipt and key were waiting for us on the table when we arrived. We were eating out, so I don't know what cutlery there was for cooking.
