A wonderful and relaxing stay in a beautiful location — highly recommended.

Pros: The location is excellent, very close to the lake and main attractions. The property is clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing.

Cons: The building is quite old and noise could be heard inside when people were walking on the stairs or in the corridors.

Pros: Location is amazing: lakeside with view to the castle. The staff is incredibly helpful. The room size and breakfast size both exceeded our expectations. There is even a welcome wine bottle waiting in the room. We will definitely come back!

Pros: Excellent room, friendly staff, good breakfast and superb location! Complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch. 😁

Cons: Had 1 bottle of water from the room, on checking out we find it's over £6! 😮

A brilliant stay everything was perfect and I would happily come back.

Pros: Everything was brilliant. The location is great, the property is beautiful and well maintained, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also very good and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant.

Cons: There was nothing to dislike. Everything was excellent.

A lovely hotel that was comfortable, quiet (we went in January) that had an incredible location.

Pros: Location is amazing - right on the lake and the food at the hotel is very good. Breakfast was included and you could have as many different dishes as you wanted. The staff were really nice as well: they had a great sense of humour!

Cons: Nothing to dislike, but we noticed some features looked a bit tired. For example the tap was a bit wobbly and the shower leaked water into the bathroom which has expanded the door and made it hard to open.
