Beautiful accommodation near Bohinj lake

Pros: This accommodation was very nice. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by the hostess, who explained how breakfast worked and showed us to our room. The room was beautiful, clean, with a balcony overlooking the lake. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was nice. There was a table with two chairs on the balcony, ideal for relaxing in the evening. Breakfast was fine with a nice selection. There is also a small outdoor restaurant right next to the accommodation, which is open in the afternoon. The accommodation is in an ideal location with good accessibility, close to the lake and other nearby hiking and cycling trails. Parking was available directly at the accomodation.

Cons: The walls of the rooms are not soundproofed, and we could occasionally hear conversations from the next room.

Pros: Cozy rooms, beautiful view from the window. Quiet neighborhood. There are many places to walk nearby.

Cons: There is no towel warmer in the room, so you have to hang towels on the entrance door. Unfortunately, we got completely soaked in the rain, so we had to dry our clothes with a small hairdryer to continue our journey.

Pros: Fantastic location, close to the lake and close to Ribcev Laz and Stara Fuzina for amenities. Lovely owners. Great little on-site bar/restaurant. Highly recommend.

Cost, confy , quiet in a great location with views.

Pros: Cosy pension/apartment on the river with nice views. Great location, 5-10mins walk to the lake front centre & same to Stara Fusine. Quiet location, clean, comfy compact Apartmnt with car parking., we slept well & had a lovely included bfst.

Simple, clean apartment in a silent but well positioned place.

Pros: The place is super clean which was our top priority. We were glad to be accommodated to a well looked after apartment. One nice surprise was the excellent homemade herbal tea you can have at breakfast. The water that runs from the tap is of the highest quality you can imagine. It must be so within the whole region. We kept drinking it the whole time.

Cons: It would have been a nice gesture to have some teabags or instant coffee stored in the kitchen of the apartment we booked.

Pros: We had a great time at Pension Cerkovnik. The host is kind, helpful, and responsive. The apartment was as described online, well equipped, and clean. Breakfast was good, with a selection of sweet and salty options. The location was perfect for us - tranquil, with private parking and a quiet driveway, just a few minutes from beautiful Bohinj Lake and a 10-minute drive from our favourite Vogel Ski Resort. The host also advised us to visit Pokljuka Ski Centre - a small, family ski centre at a beautiful location approximately a 30-minute drive from the pension - which was fantastic for us and our 2-year-old (for sledging and having fun on snow). Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Pension Cerkovnik and hope to return soon.

Pros: We had a great time at the pension. Our host were extrememy nice and helpful. Thank you Yannis for the fly fishing trip, looking forward to Travel to Bohinj Park and visit again !

Eat and Sleep with a view of mountain greenery

Pros: Totally amazing location with meals taken against an astonishing mountain backdrop. Good location. Warm welcome by engaging and friendly couple who own it. Great bar until 20.00 and food also. I would recommend a stay.

Good rooms at great location

Pros: The location is great, 10 min walk to the lake. Very friendly staff. There is a nice restaurant/ bar with views of the mountains. The breakfast was simple but good The room was nice especially for the price we paid.

Cons: The curtains let through a lot of light in the morning.

Comfortable and breakfasts make me look forward to waking up each morning

Pros: Fantastic breakfast with great coffee and croissants! Good water pressure in the shower with both hot and cold water temperatures.
