Pleasant stay in nice area

Pros: Great location close to a nice restaurant and good little Bars. Cute property and nice spacious apartment for the price. It’s peaceful too no road noise and noisy neighbors even on the weekends. Pet friendly as well.

Pros: Easy check in, great location. I was traveling with dogs and the apartment was great for them nice and big and they didn’t ask me for extra money for having a dog either!

Peaceful stay in a nice place

Pros: I don’t know what all the bad reviews are about. The place is old but was clean and comfortable big room with a nice big bathroom with a spa bath. Peaceful, good location and the owners are nice

Cons: If you want something fancy don’t stay here but I enjoyed it and will be back again

Good place

Pros: The host was extremely nice and that made a huge difference.He was very accomodating and always ready to assist. The location was good as well, less then 20 min to downtown Maribor.

Cons: Its an older rental buiding, you get what you pay for. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel- look elswhere.

Miejsce na tani nocleg w trasie.

Pros: Zatrzymaliśmy się przejazdem, znaliśmy opis domu z platformy booking, więc nie nastawialiśmy się na ekskluzywne doznania. Kontakt z właścicielem jest bardzo dobry, to sympatyczny człowiek, prowadzi coś w rodzaju hotelu robotniczego. Pościel i ręczniki były czyste i pachnące świeżością, pokoje duże, aneks kuchenny, łazienka z wanną.

Cons: Nie ulega wątpliwości, że obiekt jest dość zniszczony i zużyty, wymaga gruntownej pracy, żeby mógł spełniać podstawowe wymagania i dawać komfort wynajmującym.
