Pros: Like very much the pool. We have been here before and we will come again.

Cons: The house was getting vet from inside, seems like these houses are for summer accommodation more well.

Excellent base for the waterpark, clean and comfortable.

Pros: We stayed in one of the new properties which was clean and comfortable. Staff were immediately helpful and welcoming at our arrival.

Great location for families with kids.

Pros: The park is excellent for children. There is a lot to do, the swimming pools are great and it is nice to be able swim inside when the weather is bad or to avoid the sun around noon.

Cons: Check-in takes very long, the two-person bed in our house was in a bad state, old worn down mattress and missing bars in the bed bottom, so we had to put one of the kids there.

Cons: The chalet was not really clean. A lot of spots on the couch and curtains and walls. Ok for a night or two but not for longer.

Pros: The location is excellent. Water park as well. We got there on a cloudy day, but the water in the outside pools was warm. Great experience.

Cons: Slow check-in and checkout. Crowding close to checkout time could be better handled.

Pros: The house is very functional we have all we need for our stay in terme catez The air condition was on for us when we arrived The staff was very nice and helpful

Cons: Too bad they don't have mosquitos net on the front door (all the windows dose) there was no option for small light for the evening only strong lights of all of the room, not very important but can make the stay even nicer. Half of the bad was a bit squeaking bat over all it was comfy and ok
