Beautiful place

Pros: Nice and clean. Very cozy with the view of the lake.

Cons: We had a less exciting encounter with one of the receptionist with an attitude that wasn’t pleasant during check-out. Other than that, it was great

Pros: Spotlessly clean, very comfortable and really nice design of a small space, excellent air conditioning, mosquitoes were not a problem even though we were expecting them to be, easy to park close to, great proximity to the water park entrance.

Cons: The noise on Sunday night from the resort was loud - dance music which only went on until around 10.30pm but at 10 as we were trying and struggling to put the kids to bed because of it we were worried it would go on for longer... Also no toilet roll holder a little strange, we balanced toilet roll on top of bin instead!

Pros: Almost everything, the location, the facilities, you had like a mini town with everything you needed. Definitely worth the money!

Cons: It should have more dishes, we were 7 persons and it should have at least one for everyone

Terme Catez

Pros: The accommodation was excellent and the water park was fantastic. Overall, we loved our stay!!

Cons: Not many options for food - the pizzeria is shockingly bad and is such a shame as great location for a nice restaurant. Kids disco was good but not a massive amount on for kids outside of the water park facilities (which are amazing). Staff at check-in were not very informative, didn't tell us about any kids discos/animation, we had to go find that out. Didn't tell us about pre-loading money on to wristbands, didn't tell us half of the indoor pool was closed and marked the wrong accommodation on the map which meant a long time to find it.

Pros: Very clean, supperb host provided us with cot for our baby to sleep in. My opinion is that these are the best accomodations in terms of location in the Village and comfort for a family.

Cons: 10AM check out, it would be much more relaxed if it was till 12 for an example.
