Fantastic location, host and region

Pros: Fantastic location to enjoy the region. Perfectly positioned in the village to access the amenities and enjoy the end of the day. Facilities were very comfortable and Kaia was very helpful and knowledgeable

Pros: Lovely, comfortable, contemporary accommodation in the centre of town.

Cons: Nothing, everything was great

Pros: It is right in the middle of town and very convenient for cafes and restaurants in which to eat meals.

Pros: Huge thanks to Kaja and her family for such a wonderful house — this was the best place I stayed at during my trip to Slovenia. Everything was thoughtfully prepared down to the smallest detail, with genuine care — not just for tourists, but truly as if they were expecting dear guests. The house is beautiful, spotless, and incredibly aesthetic. When we arrived, we were so impressed that we didn’t even rush out to explore the area — we just stayed in, sat on the balcony, and enjoyed the view and the cozy atmosphere. I really hope to come back again someday. 🩵

Pros: Great location . We could walk everywhere. Great to have parking out the front. It was so nice to hear the church bells.

Wonderful appartment

Pros: Excellent apartment in the city centre with a lovely terrace, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and really nice host. We came with our bikes and were able to leave them in a secure place provided by the host.

We will come back

Pros: Location was super and with the help of the host we had the opportunity to see perfect places. Every little detail is foreseen. It feels like home or I would be able to live here (I.e. quotes from the kids)

Cons: Wifi was not really strong but good to have two wifi available

Pros: Our host was super helpful, we got all information in time, she was available in case we had any question. The house is super cozy, very clean, well equipped and is perfectly located. The breakfast was very nice, rich and mostly from local sources. I am very grateful we could spend some time here

Perfekt!

Pros: Super Lage, mitten in Kobarid. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Touren in die Umgebung oder um “Auszugehen“ Liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung/Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten und sehr guter Ausstattung. Kostenloser Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus. Die Besitzer sind sehr engagiert und hilfsbereit. Regelmäßig findet ein Austausch via WhatsApp statt, ob sie bei etwas behilflich sein können oder ob man etwas braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Pros: Prekrasna vikendica, uređena do zadnjeg detalja i najbitnije, besprijekorno čista! Imali smo vrlo ugodan boravak. Kobarid je malo mjesto gdje vam je sve nadohvat ruke, istovremeno odlična početna točka za obići sve ljepote Soče i ostalih znamenitosti. Jako ljubazna vlasnica Kaja pomogla nam je dobrim preporukama i brigom da se osjecamo ugodno.
