The perfect stay in Bled – exceeded all expectations

Pros: We would definitely recommend staying here. The building is beautifully maintained, both in the common areas and the rooms. Everything is spotless and very well organized. The staff are absolutely lovely – super helpful, always ready to explain how everything works and what to see in town. The location couldn’t be better: just 3 minutes from the lake, right under the castle, close to a supermarket and with plenty of restaurants nearby. Parking is available on request for an extra fee, which is very convenient. Honestly, I can’t think of a better place in Bled at this price point. It exceeded our expectations by far. Although it’s a Youth Hostel, the atmosphere is calm and respectful, with a lot of care taken to make it comfortable for everyone. The rooms have lockers, and both the beds and pillows are excellent, they felt brand new.

Cons: The only thing we would suggest is to make it clearer from the start that this is a Youth Hostel with an age limit (18–45). At the moment, it only appears in the fine print, which can be a bit confusing. It would be more transparent to include that in the main description or even the title. That said, we would absolutely recommend this place without hesitation.

Pros: Everything! I slept in quite small room with three other people and it didn’t feel crowded. We also had a bathroom in the room. I loved how organized was the facility!

Great hostel!

Pros: Everything was cool! Maybe the lack of a kitchen is the only thing that gets this hostel away from the 10. Clean, the Staff is GREAT. The room was fine.

Pros: Really lovely staff. Beautiful building. Great location! Only a few minutes from the lake, the bus stop and a bunch of lovely restaurants/cafes. Few minutes hike up to castle bled for great sunset views. The common areas were so lovely, fridges and utilities were kept clean, rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Beds had charging ports and lockers in the rooms were big. I was solo travelling while doing some online work and it was perfect - good wifi, quiet rooms and common areas.

Cons: No curtains on the beds but personally didnt have a problem with this

Pros: It’s a nice place to stay, just a solid hostel in a beautiful place. Easy to find and reach from the bus stop. Not a brand new but everything is working fine. Staff were super nice and friendly. Everything was tidy enough, the rooms were clean and warm, the beds were comfortable.

Cons: There are no lockers in the room, which is why you have to go to the shower with a backpack, I would like to be able to at least put a laptop and documents in such a place. No option for cars payement. Only one socket next to the bed isn’t enough.

Really good stay, especially if wanting to meet new people

Cons: No stovetop, mattress was a little hard on the top-bunk, shower didn't drain properly

Pros: Very friendly staff and a nice, clean room. Good house rules. The hostel was social but quiet at night, which I really appreciated:)
