Pros: All staff is very polite, friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, nice equipped and clean. Food in restaurant delicious. Good value for the money. We'll be back soon🥰

Despite everything I rather like this hotel

Pros: Findeisen Slovenia 8.0 I liked it · The hotel is architecturally built, has indoor and outdoor pools, which are pleasant and not very crowded. The building overlooks lush greenery, tall trees, the riverbank and lawns. You can admire horseback riders there. The food is delicious and varied, and the ingredients are locally sourced. The dining room is pleasant, renovated, and adequately naturally lit. The corridors are decorated in neutral colors and shades.

Cons: Didn't like · There is no suitable cash point in the settlement, just two ATMs. The layout of the new spa center is awkward. Guests must be in good health to manage the numerous steps up and down to the pools unless they are ready to cross the spa accompanied by friendly staff. We would appreciate larger towels and nicer bedding. Unfortunately, the beds are definitely unhealthy! The bathroom fixtures are outdated, Year after year, there is a growing lack of professionalism and disregard for quality and hospitality criteria. I am really sorry that this is the case. A friendly atmosphere can hardly make it up for the shortcomings.

Pros: Beds are very comfortable and the rooms are pretty.

Cons: The food for dinner was not so great, it was cold and just did not look fresh

Pros: Dinner food was great, lots of choices, different food each day, great taste. Breakfeast was really good as well, with lots of choices.

Cons: Single beds mattress could have been a bit better, but it is not bad, just not perfect like everything else.

Pros: We liked everything! I am a very picky person and regularly experience high level hotels for business but this hotel left me with minimal comments on improvement I can make. The room for this price was excellent, the food was not like a buffet food but like a proper restaurant food. I liked the restaurant a lot. It is like dining in a garden. We were with kids including a baby and the personnel made everything to make us feel comfortable and supplied us with everything that we needed. They even helped to find us where to go when we needed medical help. A supermarket is 5 min walking distance from a hotel which is very helpful when you have a baby. A pharmacy is 10 min by taxi. We will come back as there are many attractions in the area to visit and some hiking along the river or to a mountain can be done. And it is also nice just to stay in the hotel and relax.

Cons: A playroom for kids would be great to have. Also, coffee, tea and mugs in the room were missing. Though we asked them at the restaurant and they were provided to us. Otherwise, everything was great. I scanned the whole of Europe and there is no such hotel for kids for this price anywhere else.
