Pros: I don't usually write reviews, but I felt compelled because the staff of Hisa Rozka was just so wonderful and genuinely friendly and we had a fantastic stay. They have a great sauna facility, the location is right next to gondola and you can ski directly from the house. Would highly recommend!

Lovely Stay

Pros: Lovely staff, great views, a nice buffet.. Room was comfy and clean. We came in the summer so could park next to hotel which was great.

Pros: The guys that run this place knock the ball out of the park. Incredibly helpful, but also warm, funny and kind. The hiking around the hotel is amazing and the staff told us about a mountain hut with a schnapps honesty bar. A really memorable experience.

Cons: Whoever’s job it is to buy the mattresses is really letting the side down… the mattresses are shockingly bad. You can feel the individual springs when you lie on the bed. I was in pain after 2 nights.

Fantastic time in a fantastic place

Pros: Incredibly easy to get to both driving up and if you get the cable car. We spent a long weekend here and it was the perfect base to explore the mountain. The room was incredibly spacious. Very clean. Beautiful views. The staff were amazing, so friendly and so helpful. The lunch menu and bar were brilliant. Relaxing and fun with great views and vibes. We will be returning next year!

Cons: The dinner options are limited in the area unless you drive down the mountain into town or nearby. This means you mostly stay at hotel for dinner. The a la carte lunch menu is brilliant! The buffet dinner is very average, especially for the price. It was ok, just not great.

Pros: Very nice hotel in the heart of the mountain, just next to the upper station of the gondola. The staff was very polite and helpful. Keep in mind to call them when you are at the barrier, so you don't pay entrance ticket to reach the hotel.
