Nice place for families with children.

Pros: Everything was clean, well organized, a nice place for families with children. There were no crowds during the period I was there. The rooms are nice, clean and spacious, the service is very good, the food is decent… a nice place for families with children.

Cons: The only thing I didn’t like was that the spa & wellness were not included in price. In other hotels, these options were included in the price.

Everything was good except dinner.

Pros: The water park is relaxing. The buffet near the pools had a large variety of food and drinks. The room was very large, lot of storage space good sun blocking curtains and very clean.

Cons: The room was dated, not enough light and the air conditioning didn’t work. Dinner was very basic. Food lacked variety. We arrived long before closing time and many items were already finished and weren’t replenished.

Wonderful and modern place in the hearth of nature.

Pros: Fantastic swimming, thermal and leisure pools, right beside river Savinja, in a hilly neighborhood with full of wander paths. Adjustable air condition, delicious meals, polite staff. Nice, clean room, balcony with river view. Lounge bar & Cafè, with smooth jazz music on Friday night.

Cons: I don't like to use card to open room door and elevator.You should use bracelet for everything. Terme catez with bracelet you have everything and you don't need card.Card only for electric in room.

Very comfortable place to enjoy thermal spa and nature, with great facilities

Pros: Comfortably furnished, room had a spacious desk and a fridge, free parking close to the hotel, everything clean, kind personnel. Good offer of food at breakfast/dinner, cozy cafe with lots of sweets. Has excellent thermal bath (free for hotel guests!).

Cons: The room door did not budge well - conversation and noise from the hallway leaked through a lot.

Pros: Excellent pool & spa, stable internet, clean, modern and very large room, very nice lobby bar with live music.

Cons: Beds too soft, massages could have been much better (considering the level of accommodation), charging station in front of the hotel not working.
