Lovely place with minor hiccups promptly addressed

Pros: The apartment itself was lovely. Super cute and comfy with everything you would need. It was super close to the main square. It is up 3 flights of stairs, so if you have mobility issues, it wouldn't be a fit.

Cons: We had a few hiccups with the host. They originally sent us the wrong check-in instructions (to a different property). Once the mistake was realized, he offered to book us a cab to get us to the right place. The washing machine wasn't working and he came over on a Sunday to look into it. He kindly offered to wash our clothes or pay for a Laundromat to make things right. I really appreciated the hosts efforts to make sure we were taken care of and the mistakes were remedied. The apartment is RIGHT next to the church and the bells chime every 15 minutes. The city itself is quiet at night, but they bells became a nuisance.
