Staff is doing an extra mile for you any time for anything! Best service ever!

Pros: All staff is incredible kind and more than polite. They are truly dedicated to guests needs and give their best to fulfil every wish you have. Hotel facility is really nice, close to the gondola - so if you are visiting Pohorje for skiing it's ideal choice. They also have a great sport facilities. Warm recommendation!

Cons: Nothing! I have nice words for this hotel only! Everything was just perfect!

Pros: We had an absolutely wonderful stay! We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade, which made our experience even more special. The rooms were modern and beautifully designed, and the entire hotel had a very cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was beyond praise — truly exceptional service. We would gladly come back again! Tuvimos una estancia absolutamente maravillosa! Nos sorprendieron gratamente con un upgrade de cortesía, lo que hizo nuestra experiencia aún más especial. Las habitaciones eran modernas y estaban decoradas con mucho gusto, y todo el hotel tenía un ambiente muy acogedor. El personal está más allá de cualquier elogio — un servicio realmente excepcional. ¡Volveríamos encantados!

Pros: Az elhelyezkedés nekünk nagyon jó volt, a reggeli bőséges, a személyzet kedves.

Cons: A szálláshelyen egész hétvégén rendezvények voltak, erről a foglaláskor nem értesítettek. Reggel fél 7-kor már zörögtek/pakoltak, nagyon zavaró volt, nem lehetett pihenni.
