Pros: Very nice hotel. Beautiful lobby with a bar and terrace. Breakfast score is 9/10. Location near the chair lift, underground ski storage room with lockers and heated zone for the boots. Warm nice rooms. Friendly and helpful staff.

Pros: Everything was great, the room was beautiful, the hotel is really near the ski slopes and our stay was wonderful.
Cons: The only thing that bothers me is that no one tells you that the wellness/spa is nudistic, when you pay for it, you only find out about that when you already enter the wellness.

A very good hotel located nearby of the hill with very good opportunities to get some adventure!
Pros: The hotel is located basically at the start of the ski lift, bottom of the slope. The city center is nearby, 4km but you dont need to move anywhere, since there is a restaurant at the hotel, but if you want nearby you can find pizzeria and other small dining opportunities. Everything can be paid by card at the hotel, you can live here without cash. They are flexible, and they solved our problem without ease or any extra payment. The hotel and rooms were clean, and the staff were very kind. The breakfeast was included with wide selection of meals, and drinks. Avg. prices Coffee 2.5-4€, Beer 3-4€, cabin lift to-and-back to the top of the hill 36€ for adults. ~1.5 hour by foot and ~650 kCal from the hotel to the top, and half amount back :)
Cons: The hotel have separate parking slot front of the hotel - you can open the gates with the hotel room card - however it is not for free. (Also there are city parking slots for 1€/h) The extra fee has to be mentioned for the sauna and supporting services too, and these have to be booked in advance. The room 706 should not be available for rent, as it is below of the whole ventilation machinery of the hotel and was very loud. (We got an other room within a couple of hours, thanks for the hotel for that that!) The rooms have some abrasion on the wall, but it not affect your stay.

Pros: Nice location right under the slope Very comfortable reception and lobby, with the fireplaces, Nice accomodating atmosphere, Nice coctails served. We liked also the wellness centre. Breakfast was very good

Pros: Well located, near the ski slopes and ski lift. Clean, warm and comfortable room. Good breakfast. Staff at the reception desk were kind and helpful.

Overall it was a great stay, Hotel Arena is recommended for a ski holiday.
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, perfect location (right below the ski slopes), wide selection at breakfast, wellness facilities.
Cons: Mould and broken tile in the bathroom, used and not maintained feeling in the room.

Pretty cozy and beautiful, but seems that no kids friendly and no interesting for selling extra services.
Pros: Great location for kids sleds and skiing.. Cozy hall, big saunas, tasty breakfast, very comfortable bed. Fireplace outside is pretty beautiful!
Cons: Kids are not allowed in the wellness area, not even the separate whirlool, even though the sauna is only open from 6 PM. This means it would be possible to arrange a visit with children before 6 PM, but that's not possible! You also need to reserve a visit to the sauna in advance, because it is limited to 24 people, but when we arrived there were no more than 12 guests all the time (2 hours from 20 to 22h). This is despite the fact that you have to pay separately for the sauna. 3 days before arriving I reserved body massage and face&decolte massage by Icoone beauty.. On the day of my arrival, I checked my reservations, but on the day of my massage, it turned out they couldn't give me a facial after the body massage. That service was provided by another woman, and she only works until 1 p.m. She had to come another day (they don't offer that service on Sundays). There are only two waiters working in the restaurant and in the bar (only one serves guests) and you have to wait a very long time to be served. I had the impression that they were more focused on external guests than on hotel guests. One room was located right above a fire outside and the room smelled of fire and smoke.

A good option for ski holidays
Pros: The location is perfect, the breakfast is delicious and broad, the room was quiet and renovated, the furniture was new and in a good condition, the bed and pillows were comfortable. The bar near the reception is cozy and has lots of varieties of drinks. The attic room is not large but comfortably arranged
Cons: Sometimes you could smell from the water pipes in the bathroom at night.
