Pros: -Good food with plenty of variety. -Therme 3000 ticket is included in the price. -You can use Hotel’s thermal pools for the whole day after check out.

Cons: Too expensive for what you get. Rooms are very old, the whole hotel could use renovation. -hair drier in the room is very weak

Pros: Swimming pools were excellent of different kind and water temperatures. Long opening times were convenient

Pros: The pools were amazing. I also loved that you could pay with your hotel key card around the resort so you could leave all valuables in your room for the day. The breakfast had a lot of variety completed with local delicacies. Gluten-free bread available but had to request this from the staff.

Cons: We did not get to enjoy the renovated facilities yet, so the rooms felt a bit outdated. Very clean tho and very suitable for our needs. Bed was a standard twin bed which felt a little bit small for two people and the other side of the bed lacked a power outlet, which was inconvenient but not critical.

Pros: The hotel was great. My single room had everything necessary in it with big terrace. The bed was comfortable. There was a huge amount of choices of meals for brekfast, lunch and dinner and they were delicious.

Pros: Hotel pools are great, our renovated room was comfortable and clean. Easy to reach Terme3000. Nice staff, avegare food.

Pleasant hotel with overcrowded pools

Pros: Kind and helpful staff members. The room was pleasant and clean. Wide offer of tasty food for breakfast and dinner. Suggestion: include drinks in the price of dinner instead of charging for every glass of tap water.

Cons: Pools are overcrowded and management have to limit the entrance of daily guests. There were 40 people in line for drinks, and the wait was over 20 minutes. The 2 new slides that are advertised were closed. The old part of the slides needs reconstruction with a wider staircase, which would significantly increase throughput, instead of the current 50-minute wait for one slide.
