Pros: very cosy room, warm pool water, very clean pool and sauna area, very good breakfas, nice bar with very good drink choice

Cons: Sauna facilities are very nice but missing a few laungers (area can get crovded) and bar has nice drinks cfoice but a bit pricy

Pros: Pools are great. Gym is adequate. Breakfast was good.

Cons: Parking system with gates which are difficult to reach for UK vehicles. No rental bikes in winter.

Pros: The third time in Moravske Toplice and the third time in another hotel. Very good staff. Food belonging to 4*. It was enough for me, Pools are ok. If I go to Moravske Toplice again, I will choose this hotel - it suits me.

Pros: We stayed at the room which has A next to the number It is connected with overpass to the main building but room was much more comfortable in comparison with the one we got first which was not as per our request . Room was spacious Very comfy beds Selection of dishes for breakfast and dinner was excellent Professional approach of Staff , Mr. Kristijan at reception was very helpful Parking fee included in the price Pool indoor / outdoor is very good

Cons: We didn’t get the room as per request as I said above but it was sorted fast Sauna is not included in the price, pay attention on that during booking , Also the number of beds in sauna relaxation area is disproportional with number of guests Sauna and pools are opened up to 8pm

As always, this hotel and the premises are inviting with friendly staff and comfort.

Pros: Every detail was perfect. I have booked for my parents and they were very happy with the staff who have handled their situation very professionally. This place is excellent for people who have difficulty walking. Everything seems to be smooth there.

Cons: I couldn't find the way to pay directly ahead of time via booking.com. That was the only inconvenience for me.

Pros: Spacious and clean rooms, complimentary bath towel for the pool. Helpful reception staff. The pools are overall amazing.

Cons: The lack of toiletries. In a double there were one mini bar of soap and one mini bottle of all purposes shower gel for each occupant. No way you can wash your hair after you've showered in the morning. At a spa, you kind of need shampoo. I It is a bit in the middle of nowhere.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and looking forward to be back

Pros: Breakfast and dinner offer was really great, we also enjoyed the bar in the lobby. Both the outdoor and indoor swimming areas were nice and not too crowded. We were upgraded for free to an extra large room - although this was in another building (connected by an indoor bridge), around 50+ meters away, but we didn't mind (although it could be an issue for people with mobility problems and we were not informed about the upgrade when checking-in).

Cons: Sauna world was out of order during our stay and this information is available only on the Slovenian language website so we only discovered it upon check-in. We tried booking spa procedures before our arrival but received no reply. When booking in person we managed to secure only a few of them.
