Elegant and comfortable
Pros: We celebrated the New Year 2026 in these apartments. The magnificent view from the window allowed us to enjoy the very best scenery without the crowds, while the cozy yet luxurious atmosphere of the apartment gave a sense of exclusivity. Overall, it is beautiful, comfortable, affordable, and at the same time truly elegant. I highly recommend it. Special thanks to the host for his prompt responses and sincere help with check-in and other organizational matters.

Magnificent pad in the middle of it all! Views Views Views!
Pros: Everything. You literally could not have a better location. You are in the CENTRE of Ljubjana with everything on your doorstep with a view of the castle outside your window. Beautiful apartment with everything you need to make your stay fantastic.
Cons: Be aware it’s on the 3rd floor so heavy suitcases not advised.

Fabulous views
Pros: The apartment has a bird’s eye view of some of the highlights of Ljubljana. We enjoyed the beautiful views of Ljubljana Castle lit up at night and a great view of the student run to the castle that was held during our stay. It is an attractive and spacious apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Cons: There are 59 stairs to get to the apartment. If you are fit enough it is worth it for the views.

Top accommodation to explore Ljubljana and surroundings (Bled, Pira,...)
Pros: The location was perfect: views on many of the important landmarks, a lot of light, in walking distance of everything and you are in the middle of the atmosphere. Almost no traffic too, so no road noise almost. Some nice breakfast hotels closeby. All amenities foreseen and provided for.
Cons: Not a lot here to mention, we were perfectly ok with the place.

Totally charmed with Ljubljana, will definitely be back . Top destination.
Pros: Very cute , luminous, clean & extremely comfortable apartment, everything you could need. A home from home . The location was incredible, overlooking the river and main square. Our amazing host Matej truly went above and beyond to make our stay one to remember . Thank you Matej ! Would definitely stay again next time I am visiting.

Exceptional apartment on Presernov Square
Pros: This elegant 3rd floor apartment is in the most amazing location. Right on Presernov Square, over looking the Triple bridge and looking straight up to the castle. It is within easy walking distance of everything. The living area was spacious, and had plenty of room for an extended sofa bed if we had needed it. The bedroom was also a good size and the full sized kitchen was very well equipped, including sharp knives ( which is rare). Matej our host was very nice and accommodating when we were late to meet him following problems taking out hire car back. Despite being in the centre of the city most nights it was silent inside. I would definitely stay again. Photos are of the building and the view of the castle from the living room
Cons: It is on the 3rd floor( or 4th if you count the ground floor), not a problem for us but may be for someone with limited mobility. Having read the reviews saying how quiet it is the first night we were there very loud music was coming from a nearby café. I was worried but it stopped at midnight and the next two nights where silent so I think this was rare. I'm putting this in my review, not to put people off but as reassurance, so if it does happen to anyone else they know it stops at midnight, and that it doesn't happen every night.

Perfect escape in the heart of the city
Pros: Fantastic location, comfortable bed and sofa, well-equipped kitchen, good quality heating. Very quiet with windows closed even with busy Christmas markets below. Amazing views. Great host.

Loved every minute of it
Pros: First of all, I would like to thank the host Mateja for his hospitality. He was super helpful even before we arrived. Second of all, the apartment was spic and span. It had a washing machine and even a new bottle of detergent was available, plenty of coffee to choose from, furniture and equipment was brand new and the location topped it all off. We were there for the New Year’s period and saw all the celebrations from the apartment. Parking is available for free as the host will give you a card for the nearest parking. There are lots of places of interest, restaurants and shops within walking distance. I definitely recommend this apartment for a family of 3 or a couple.
