Pros: The breakfast was wonderful, with plenty of food and a great variety. The food was really delicious. We truly enjoyed the accommodation, and the hotel owner was lovely, helping us with every question and everything we needed. We got caught in the snow in the mountains, and the hotel owner drove us in his own car – it was so kind and definitely not something to be taken for granted. I highly recommend this place ☺️

Pros: Very nice location. Very friendly staff (and dog!). Super convenient while hiking the Juliana trail. They even had laundry! Food was great too. They have a 'hiker lunch' package which is really well thought out and filling. Highly recommend

Pros: Very peaceful hotel surrounded by forest. Great location for hiking! The room was big enough for two persons, clean and comfy bed. The breakfast was good with many options. Perfect escape from the city, especially in summer.

Great location, friendly staff, peace and quiet

Pros: Very well located, calm, peaceful, surrounded by forest, near lakes Bled and Bohinj. Rooms were clean and comfy, breakfast was good. Plenty of activities nearby and in hotel (playground for kids, gym, etc.) Very helpful receptionist / hotel manager who was flexible and helped us as we were late in arriving on the first day.

Pros: The hotel’s location was nice, ideal for those considering hiking or a bike tour. You are surrounded by nature. The hotel’s restaurant was also good, and the food was delicious.

Cons: Sometimes there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. Since it didn’t happen all the time, it was tolerable, but it would be nice if it was checked.

We liked our stay at Pokljuka hotel, but would like to see some changes in staff attitude.

Pros: The location of the hotel was great, calm, peaceful, surrounded by forest. The food was fine, although we would prefer less of premanufactured and refined food, and more of foodstuff of local origin.

Cons: For some unknown reason our room/ bathroom was not cleaned every day and the towels were not changed. Some staff members were quite indifferent and even impatient in communication.
