Pros: Very friendly Staff. Great Breakfast. Restaurant is very good next door. Next to the historic square. Short walk to ski slopes. Convenient parking. Downstairs spa is excellent

Cons: Didn't realise the spa was paid for. Water bottles would have been nice in the rooms, and maybe a little coffee machine/ kettle.

Beautiful hotel in centre of Kransjka Gora with excellent restaurant

Pros: Hotel was a sanctuary after 4 days trekking with no shower. The hotel smelt wonderful and the shower was epic!! Our room was very spacious and the large bed was really comfortable. We also ate one of the best meals (maybe the best) in the Hotel Restaurant. We stay here again if I return to Kransjka Gora

Cons: Nothing the hotel is superb.

Very comfortable stay in the centre of town

Pros: - very comfy bed - spacious clean room - secure parking garage (€10) - located in the very centre of town - good restaurant in the hotel - lovely fresh bread at breakfast

Cons: - no extra facilities outside of room - breakfast could have done with more variety

Pros: The location, the room was large and the bed really comfortable. Very clean. The breakfast options are great and the staff are very friendly. The spa is exceptional

Cons: It would be good to have air con or fan options in each room for very hot weather

Comfortable stay in a warm and welcoming hotel.

Pros: Warm welcome at check in and it was great to have a designated safe parking place. Although there was complimentary tea/ coffee in the lounge it would have been nice to have a kettle in the room to be able to make a drink. Room had lovely Mountain View. Very cosy feel to the hotel. Good breakfast selection, with wonderful crusty bread every morning. On check out we were thanked for staying with them.

Pros: Room was excellent. Location in the center of the village, very close to the ski lifts. Hotel is easy to approach, Parking garage is very good.

Cons: Breakfast was very good, but every day the same. Internet in room was slower and sometimes without signal
