Pros: Amazing staff, quiet hotel, , walkable distance to the ski lanes, good sauna, good value for money.

Cons: A bit squicky beds in our room :(

Pros: Location is very good, very close to the ski area. A small but nice swimming pool which was great for kids.

Cons: Breakfast was poor, no vegetables except some small jars with a cherry tomato, one slice of cucumber and some red paprika. Also dinner is crazy expensive and very low on variety… but overall ok. Sauna is extra cost, parking is extra cost so a lot of this small things that adds up and doesn’t really make the guests happy

Pros: We went skiing with the children. The hotel was clean and the staff were super friendly. Breakfast was good.

Cons: There was no ski bus to the slopes. There was a surcharge for using the wellness facilities, which wasn't disclosed in the reservation stage.

Nice hotel, comfortable and clean!

Pros: Nice hotel, good location, comfortable and clean! Breakfast was excellent, good food with lots of options. We also tried daily set menu and a la carte menu. Everything was good with decent price. We enjoyed different olive oils at the restaurant and tasting at wine bar. Hope next year we will come back in Kranjska Gora and stay at the same place.

The Kranjska Gora hotel is nice and cosy place.

Pros: Good food, big rooms, tasty food, polite and helpful staff.

Cons: The swimming pool is too small. The storage for the ski equipment is not adequate. The boots heater is missing.

Pros: Everything was great, from position of the hotel, very kind stuff, nice pool for kids, very nice breakfast and dinner. Ski area is just 5min walk from ski room in hotel.

Cons: We had a room near some kind of ventilation machine that is outside, sometimes over the night it gets loud but nothing special, it is a minor thing.

Magical & Fabulous Stay!

Pros: Dining / Restaurant staff was exceptionally warm and the food was great! (dinner and breakfast). The hotel is generally beautiful and welcoming. The hotel location is good and walking distance to the centre. Friendly staff and rooms are a good size, I had booked rooms for myself and family.

Cons: The bathing / indoor swimming facility is too small and could be improved. The Sauna is also the same. Paid Parking was another downer, it would have been great that hotel residents have exemption on paying for parking.
