very good, we have been lucky because first day the snow was falling and it was like in fairy tale..
Pros: We were there last year so everything is very good so we come back this year again
Cons: Children playroom, last year it was open untill 9pm and this year just for an hour and half, also we have some problems with hot water in the shower and it is a bit cold in children swimming pool (the air around it), and our granddaughter was disappointed because first two days there was no pancakes for breakfast...

Good chain hotel in great location
Pros: Great view. Ok room with comfortable bed. Fabulous swimming pool complex. Easy parking. Exceptionally helpful front desk staff
Cons: Woman in dining room very unfriendly and said we couldn't just show up for dinner, even though front desk staff said we could. There was lots of food left despite her assertion. Buffet food of poor quality but was probably better 2 hrs earlier! Pool not open early so no morning swim.

We booked with the other Ramada hotel in Kranska but this hotel is nicer yet more expensive.
Pros: Large indoor pool, access to the gym in the hotel opposite. Good breakfast. Lovely view of the piste from the balcony.

Pros: Beds and bedding exceptionally comfortable clean and of a high standard , Rooms had a awesome view and a small fridge . Wifi and TV awesome . Breakfasts great . Staff super friendly and always accommodating your needs. Plus a swimming pool and sauna . Great location to the villages and all the activities
Cons: Sad to say only the shower in bathroom was the only downer had a small bit of mould in the the tiles but it just needed a chloride bleach and it would have been perfect . It didn't matter too much compared to the rest of the facilities at the end of the day

Nice, clean, safe hotel, right in the heart of Kranjska Gora.
Pros: We paid a little more to upgrade our room to have a Mountain View and it was definitely worth it, as we had a spacious balcony with incredible views. Location and free parking was perfect, a very short walk from the centre of the town, with plenty of nice restaurants and cafes on the doorstep. Supermarket about 2 minute walk away too. The pool was huge, way bigger than expected. Staff were nice and friendly too.
Cons: The breakfast was a little basic, and the overall feel of the hotel was a bit dated. But the pros absolutely made up for the cons.

Nice short stay
Pros: Location is great, parking was very convenient for us, staff at the reception was lovely and helpful! Rooms were very clean. We were staying during the Julian Alps Trail event so the buzz was great and there was a lot going on. We didn’t use the pool, but there it is!

The stay was wonderful, we will definitely come again.
Pros: The location and the view are amazing. We got a small room with balcony, it was very comfortable and clean.
Cons: When we arrived, we asked if we could park anywhere around the hotel, and the staff told us it was fine as long as we provided our license plate number. Since they didn’t specify that parking was only allowed in the hotel’s designated parking area, we trusted their guidance and left the car outside, near the ramp. The next day, we unfortunately received a parking ticket.
