Completely renovated in 2018, ECO Hotel Center Postojna is only a 10-minute walk from the world-famous Postojna Cave. The restaurant and reception area are decorated in original Slovenian style and the rooms offer spacious interiors with free WiFi. The rooms are air conditioned and equipped a flat screen TV, and feature an ensuite bathroom and complimentary toiletries. The hotel is located in a quiet area just outside the centre of Postojna and is a perfect starting point for exploring the surrounding area with a rental bike or on foot. Overall I loved it.

Pros: So pretty and clean for the price. The staff was very nice and told us everything we wanted to know. Parking is free behind the building. Loved it!

Cons: Not many facilities but for a night or two it is perfect!

Perfect stay in Postojna – Comfortable bed and great amenities

Pros: Everything was excellent! Check-in was quick and smooth, and communication was outstanding. The parking area is spacious and convenient. Breakfast was delicious, the room warm and cozy, and clean towels were provided. The absolute highlight was the incredibly comfortable bed. The staff were polite and helpful. A perfect stay in every way – I would gladly return!

Pros: A lovely family hotel. Very clean and a good breakfast. Appreciated being able to sit and relax in the lovely foyer waiting for our train. Very pleasant staff.

Cons: Handle of the shower cabin in room 122 we stayed in requires a small fixing.

Great place for a few nights stay to explore Postojna

Pros: The receptionists were friendly and helpful. I also got to check in as soon as I arrived, despite arriving earlier than the actual check-in time, which was a bonus. The breakfast spread was quite good for the price - they had a selection of pastries and fruits, and even have freshly-made apricot juice and jam. The location was also great - near both the bus and train stations. Everything in the room was working well - aircond, heater, hot water.

Cons: Would have been nice if there was a kettle but it wasn't a dealbreaker.
