Pros: The room is perfect size we had a big table for work on laptops, the view from balcony is stunning. The dinner was exceptional! Especially we loved meet menu.

Cons: Actually it was very good, maybe spa/massage would be perfect, but it’s really personal preferences.

Pros: The food for dinner was ok, not so bad. The waitress was very nice. The breakfast was also ok.

Cons: I travell a lot and don't complain about the price if it is according to my ecpectations, but this was an accommodation that was made in the past and the room itself was not so special. The price for an overnight stay for us and the pet was very high. I booked a matrimonial bed instead we got 2 seperated beds. In the booking area I saw they only have 10 of them, and that ours was one of the available. The room had heating system and the toilette as well, but don't try to touch it because only the reception can turn it on and adjust. I stayed there because I knew about the hotel and the location near the Postojna Cave and I knew about the history, but I think that if you have a hotel with 4 or 5 stars than you need to make it follow the stars. I think that the most important is to have a nice comfort room with enough space and a bed where people can rest and that it doesnt move with every turn you make. ( wheels under the bed you can't fix with a brake system ). I made my wish come true, booked a stay, and tried, but I am not sure if I would book this accommodation in the future again.

Excellent location with interesting history

Pros: A really good location for visiting the caves, and only 15 mins walk into the town. Really recommend also doing the secret rooms tour

Cons: We were there in off season, so everything was closed by 5pm. This was communicated well by the staff, but it’s a bit quiet

Pros: Hotel was clean, easy to access and staff were very friendly and helpful. Perfect for the cave tour and breakfast was a brilliant selection.

Cons: We were only there one night so did not explore much and alot of places were shut due to Bank Holiday. Not the fault of the hotel

Great stay for families visiting Postojna cave.

Pros: Great location, right next to Postojna cave. Comfortable and pleasant accommodation. Nice and friendly staff. Free parking for hotel guests.

Cons: Heating can't be controled from inside the room though there is a control unit. We had to ask receptionist to turn on the bathroom heater on a daily basis. Same goes for reducing the room temperature. Choices for dinner are somewhat limited, food can be hit or miss, depending on the meal.

Pros: Everything was perfect! Great location, right next to the Postojna cave (it is actually a part of the Postojna cave park), has parking, beautiful hotel, very spatious rooms, super comfy beds, clean, hot water in the bathroom, the tap water is natural,drinkable, delicious breakfast, the staff is sooo welcoming and helpful, puts extra effort, kind.....in one word-perfect. Full stop. Perfect.
