Fantastic stay!

Pros: Semič is a regular stop on our travels, we always choose to stay here. Spotlessly clean, lovely staff, great breakfast and a great location. Highly recommended.

Pros: Great breakfast and very friendly staff. Located in the center of the town wit the balcony overlooking the square. The rooms are very clean and beds are conforatble. Parking was infront of the hotel.

Cons: The only problem was not the hotel, but the churh bells at 7 am (we had the windows open during the night, after closing them was ok) - nothing the hotel can do about it :)

Another lovely stay

Pros: We have stayed here before and had a very good experience so opted to stay again on our way back from the uk. A lovely young lady booked us in and made good recommendations on where to eat. A nice cold draft beer before bed and a good night’s sleep with air conditioning to counter the warm 26c night. Great breakfast outside in the morning sunshine. Another great stay.

For a short stay when travelling around Bela Krajna

Pros: I like it, because it’s new hotel and the accomodation was cosy. The room was clean and the tv worked.

Cons: The breakfast was a little less available. What we really didn’t like was the first impression! Us and a french couple were waiting at the reception. Suddenly one worker comes (apparently the staff knows him, because no one said anything to him!) and starts harassing the French couple, he definitely behaved inappropriately because he was drunk...in short, very inappropriate for the first impression! He didn't say anything to us, but the French couple took pity on us.

A hidden gem in Bele Krajina

Pros: We arrived in Semic on a blisteringly hot day (36c) and where greeted by the smiling and attentive Luka. He checked us in and swiftly furnished us with cold beer and juice, all the while chatting to us about our travels, where we had come from (Liverpool UK) and our final destination (Bosnia) which is also his country of origin. Nothing was too much trouble, he even helped carry our bags upstairs. After a good nights sleep in a lovely cool air conditioned room, we had an excellent continental breakfast with some freshly made eggs and great coffee. All overseen by a very hard working young lady (whose name I didn’t get) and again, nothing was too much trouble. We cannot recommend this lovely hotel highly enough, our experience from start to finish was fantastic. Thank you for an excellent stay.

Cons: We have no negative feedback

Pros: Comfortable, clean room with a/c in a small quiet nicely kept town. Good breakfast to start the day.

Cons: If I am going to be super critical, the shower cubicle was too small. However it was perfectly usable.

Pros: Lovely large room with balcony. Very comfortable beds, nice bathroom. Good internet. Convenient private parking in front of the hotel. A wonderful breakfast. The staff is very kind and responsive.
