Alpine Chalet Velika Planina - Irenca - I Feel Alps

Pros: Fantastic experience with friends in challet Irenca. The owner, Urban, was very friendly and helpful and made sure we had a pleasant stay. Challet had everything we needed in the mountain, and the sauna was great.

Smart House that can be controlled using an Ipad only! Great stay!

Pros: It is a compact space that is very well planned, I love the nook for reading and it even has a sauna in it! The pantry was underground and the ladder to the upper floor can be neatly tucked away to make more space. The space is really well thought out such that my family of 4 felt very comfortable staying there for 2 nights. The beds were extremely comfortable with very nice sheets. I had a very good sleep in this accommodation and love coming back to it. I read a book on Slovenia from the bookshelf there and visited one of the recommended restaurants, it was fantastic! When we ran out of shampoo, the host can be easily contacted and even help us to open the storeroom remotely. It is a smart house and I'm impressed!

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at Šale Irenca! Everything was perfect — peaceful, cozy, and beautifully located on the plateau. The views and atmosphere are just magical, especially in spring with all the croc uses in bloom. The hosts provide all the necessary information in advance: how to get there and how everything works in the chalet. It made the trip smooth and stress-free, even for a first-time visitor. The chalet itself is very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. It’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy the nature around you. I would absolutely recommend it and would love to come back again!

The most amazing hut we have ever seen.

Pros: Everything was amazing. This is a rustic little wooden hut, and if you step inside you enter a high-tech, cozy, calm, and lovely interior. It is a perfect place for relaxation.

Unique experience that we won't forget!

Pros: Fantastic views, very modern cottage with all the luxuries and more that you would need in the middle of nature. We loved every second of our stay. The sauna, and audio/tv systems were fantastic.

Cons: Like some other comments have been mentioned we also noticed a slight smell from the toilet and lower water pressure in the shower. It didn't bother us.

Super relaxing

Pros: This was a perfect place for vacation, proper, relaxing, chill time in nature, not hearing any noise apart from birds and sometimes mild wind caressing forest. Sauna we enjoyed very much, as well as reading corner and the fact that we had available food and drinks in the small basement for quite reasonable price. It was really really relaxing. I would really like to come there again. Velika planina is really amazing.

Cons: Stairs are a bit frightening when you have to go down them for the first time, but you get used. AC is not so much warming up the house, but fortunately there is fireplace in living room and fireplace in sauna which can make it very very cozy and warm (hot even, if you like). Yes, regarding fire, perhaps more small peaces of chopped wood, which are easier to start fire with would be good. But all in all the hut is amazing.

Pros: Everything was so clean, sauna is great and the chalet is excellent. If you need anything, the owner is more than happy to help.

Best house on Velika Planina

Pros: The best renovated shepherd's house on the mountain - very high tech and modern

Cons: Only wish it had a hot bath

a cosy nest from which to discover beautiful nature

Pros: the look of traditional shepherd housing, with all the contemporary comfort inside

Cons: even though water is scarce up there, the shower was disappointing (water flowing too slowly)
