Croatia 🇭🇷

Love it!

Pros: House is located in the National park Triglav so the nature around the house is breathtaking. We stayed in snowseason and staff didnt mind if the kids were slading in front of the house. We had room with shared bathroom and everything was very clean. Staff is super helpful and friendly. I highly recomand and we cant wait to visit again.

Perfect to discover the Julian Alps

Pros: Nestled in the middle of rocky hills and verdant forests, one finds this unassuming mountain hut, which is perfect for those looking for a convenient spot to discover the mountains. The personnel’s kind and helpful service was really the highlight of our stay.

Pros: Such a beautiful location and amazing views from the property. The hosts were lovely people. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and the food was great. We would love to go back there again.

Wonderful views and delicious food

Pros: We felt really comfortable during our stay here. Everything was very clean, and even though the bathroom was shared, it was always spotless and very well maintained. The rooms were spacious and tidy, the food was delicious, and above all, all the women working there were absolutely wonderful—kind, welcoming, and so attentive. Without a doubt, we believe this is the best place to stay when crossing Viršič. Amazing views.

Cons: Perhaps, to be in line with all the other wonderful aspects we highlighted, a renewal of the mattresses and pillows would be a good idea, as they were a little too soft.

Helpfull hotel

Pros: The staff was very helpfull. We had a car accident 1km from the hotel and they helped us with giving us a number for towint services. We could still eat an incredible soup even though the kitchen was as good as closed. I wished we stayed longer so we could eat more food. The breakfast also had everything it needed and was really good. After that the manager brought us with her car to the place of the accident so we could go with the towing car. They really care about customers.

Cons: Maybe only the shower was a bit small for a tall guy like myself.

Pros: We spent 6 nights at Koca na Gozdu. All the staff were always super friendly and helpful. We found the food delicious, especially the goulash, ravioli, and fried bread. We chose this place because it's over 1,200 meters above sea level, so it was very cool in the mornings and especially in the evenings, around 21 degrees Celsius (70 degrees Fahrenheit), and above all, it was very quiet, far from the chaos of the villages. We're happy to have spent our holidays here; it's the ideal place to see a bit of everything. Thank you all!

I'm so glad I was able to spend such a nice time here with my family. I'd love to come back.

Pros: The location was wonderful. The surrounding nature and views were indescribable. Simply beautiful. Love tis place. Very tasty food in the restaurant on the ground floor with acceptable prices.

Cons: The room was old-fashioned with very soft mattresses. The walls were very thin. You could hear your neighbors talking.
