Great for a family trip and mini vacation!

Pros: We loved the staff friendliness and the small signes of hospitality - asked for rooms to be close: done, asked to move breakfast/dinner: done, small welcome on the TV Screen, vaucher for the next stay.

Cons: Breakfast and Dinner offer could be a bit more interesting with greater variety/quality for this kind of hotel. Everything we tried was super tasty, and there were a lot of veggie options (yeeey), but the totality of the offer was medium, not really wow.

Pleasant stay but F&B needs improvement

Pros: 1) very clean facilities 2) Orhidelija is amazing 3) very polite employees

Cons: 1) the main thing that somehow bothered me was the fact that there was not tap water available for dinner. For a wellness property where water is available in the spa and in the rooms, not having water at dinner is very ugly way of making some extra money. There was cacao and compote available for drink which both of them are full of sugar but no water. Most of the options were fried or full of sugar, which goes in contrast with the ‘healthy’ lifestyle promoted by the whole complex. 2) we were given shorter dinner and breakfast hours. The hours that reception provided to us were way shorter than the ones stated on the website or above the restaurant. That but us at entering the restaurant almost after everybody already ate which resulted in way less options available for us to eat.

Very good hotel, excellent food, rooms and swimming pools, but pay extra to enter saunas.

Pros: The room was nice with a very comfortable bed and a balcony. The food was amazing, very good quality as well as variety. The hotel has a very large pool in the spa area with clean, warm water. All in all, a good experience.

Cons: We would have liked the sauna area to have been differently organized. Both in Termalija and in Orhidelia spa areas you cannot enter the saunas in your swimming costume. it is not allowed. You can enter with a towel or nude. There should have been an option for people to enter in swimming costumes, because they also pay extra for the saunas in Termalija or Orhidelia spa areas.
