Pros: When you come to such places, you expect high level of service and customer care, but the friendly staff here go above standars - they are extra nice, flexible an supportive. They really make a difference!

A luxurious getaway in the heart of nature

Pros: We were assigned a huge amazing room that was really magical. It looked more like an apartment than a hotel room. The pool area is amazing and very relaxing, with a wonderful nature view.

Cons: Parking wasn't available but luckily there was a public parking garage very close to the hotel.

A fantastic stay with friendly staff and delicious food!

Pros: I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel to celebrate both my birthday and my partner's, and I can’t recommend it enough! The atmosphere was incredibly quiet, making it the perfect retreat. The facilities were top-notch, especially the free spa, which we enjoyed every evening—the spa staff were truly great, enhancing our relaxation experience. We also received a complimentary drink upon arrival, although we sadly didn't have time to enjoy it. The receptionists were very professional and friendly, adding to the welcoming ambiance. Breakfast was delightful, and we had the pleasure of dining with Chef Markus for lunch and dinner. He was not only friendly and professional but also created delicious meals that truly enhanced our experience. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I will definitely be coming back!

Cons: The view from our room wasn’t that good and parking comes with an extra fee, though I understand it's due to its capacity.
