Pros: great resort, good food in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner, wide selection. Pools both very nice and spa facilities good too, room also very nice. Staff friendly and helpful. Great location, will return!

Cons: nothing, we didn't want to leave!

Pros: large parking lot in front of the hotel with many available places, dinner and breakfast in the restaurant was very luxurious and with many options, bathroom is spacious and extremely clean and tidy, hotel staff warm and friendly. I definitely recommend for a vacation!

Cons: I suggest to bring slippers with you for wellness and spa, we haven’t receive washable slippers from hotel, I guess maybe we had to ask for them? Received only one bathrobe, also have to ask on the reception for one extra :)

Pros: Персонал! Начиная со стойки регистрации, заканчивая сотрудниками по уборке номеров! Гостеприимство, вежливость, профессионализм, чувствуется в каждом работнике отеля! Огромное спасибо Ирэне на стойке регистрации! Помогла нам, не только , оперативно заселиться , но и рекомендовала ряд экскурсий , от которых мы в восторге! Очень отзывчивая , внимательная! Милейшей души и доброго сердца, человек! Сотрудники ресторана заслуживают особое уважение. Они создавали хорошее настроение на целый день! Особая благодарность Г.Дунай и ее коллегам! Комплекс услуг отеля на должном уровне. Спортзал, бассейн, салон красоты, массаж, комплекс саун, бильярд ( стол новый, профессиональный) , итальянские бутики , казино и многое другое! Теплый переход в медицинский комплекс и бювет( пивницу) Скучать не приходилось. Очень классное расположение отеля! Каждое утро и вечер прогуливались по прекрасному парку, пешеходной зоне! Все в зелени и цветах! Надеемся на скорое возвращение!

Pros: Cjeli grad je čist uredan. Sve na svom mjestu. Sve uređeno. Ljubaznost osoblja je nadmašio moja očekivanja, od recepcionerke do čistačice I jedna čista desetka za konobara Andreja. Čovjek zna svoj posao ☺️

Savršen vikend!

Pros: doručak jako dobar, kava odlična, konobari na usluzi što treba, čak je simpatični konobar Andrej zatražio u kuhinji da mi za večeru naprave kolač bez šećera, veliki pozdrav za njega! Večera je bila ok, ali možda malo veći izbor i toplija jela, ipak je hotel sa 4 zvjezdice! Bazen odličan, masaža vrhunska!

Cons: malo veći izbor jela za večeru (švedski stol) i toplija jela jer ako ne dođete odmah, dosta toga bude hladno!
