Pros: It was our second time we chose to stay in this amazing place. Location, service, personal, well balanced food menu - everything is in harmony in this place. Also it’s next to the medical center where the ‘Donat’ water source is located, which is very convenient as well.

Exceptional stay!

Pros: I had an absolutely fantastic family stay at this hotel! The rooms were impeccably clean, and the location couldn't have been more perfect, especially being so close to the medical center. The food was incredibly delicious and fresh, even though the selection could have been a bit broader. The staff, particularly the F&B Team, was outstanding, displaying a highly service-oriented and incredibly positive attitude.

Relaxing place for short vacation

Pros: Room cleanliness was at a good level, comfortable beds, good breakfast. The hotel is located in a quiet location near a big medical center and Donat mineral water spring. This mineral water is not free. The hotel spa center has several spa treatments and saunas and a small pool. Good varied meals.

Cons: The swimming pool was small. Prices for spa procedures are quite high. Kettle is not available in all rooms. There are not so many attractions in this place. SPA center is open only till 19.00 (on Saturday till 21.00)

Perfect weekend getaway

Pros: We had an lovely experience and hotel and everything that comes with it was perfect. There are many variations for breakfast and dinner and we were not disappointed.

Cons: We wished for some more specific directions for a certain hotel to come with a car.
