Pros: Excellent stay – clean, quiet, and a great breakfast The room was spotlessly clean with excellent soundproofing – I slept like a baby. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything ran smoothly from check-in to check-out. Breakfast was really impressive, with a great variety and quality you'd expect from a hotel of this standard. Would happily stay here again.

The hotel overall is very nice and comfortable for a weekend stay

Pros: The staff was super friendly, the rooms quite big, good gym, great location

Cons: The ac sadly didn’t work, so it was too warm in the rooms. We told the staff they offered for us to change the rooms and told us that this has been an issue for longer. They were very helpful and friendly about it but also in the other room, it was not cooler so we ended up not changing the room. It was, however very nice that they tried their best to comfort us.

Pros: Room is very comfortable, hotel is very nice and clean. Breakfast is amazing and hygiene is on a high level! The staff was incredibly kind,welcoming, and attentive during our stay.

Pros: we were here before. good hotel, clean, amazing breakfast. close to City park with lot of shops. indoor garage, complimentary coffee and tea in room. for one night stay its really ok.

Cons: this time it was pretty cold during the night and there was only one thin blanket..

Pros: It is as always an amazing hotel with beautiful staff and we are looking forward to staying again. Rooms are perfectly clean and comfortable, breakfast is very rich and location is easily reachable.

Great Hotel, But Some Improvements Needed

Pros: Friendly staff, clean and tidy room, and the breakfast met all expectations. The room service arrived quickly and tasted great.

Cons: The room was extremely hot. The temperature was constantly 25.5°C. We set it to 19°C (the lowest possible setting), but it simply didn’t work — it only made noise, and nothing actually changed. We called reception, and the staff member who came told us we were the only guests in the hotel complaining and that everything in the system was working properly. However, after checking the reviews, I can see that we were not the only ones with this issue. My friend had to leave the hotel at 5 a.m. to get some fresh air and couldn’t sleep the entire night. There are no windows, and with the temperature at 25°C, it was simply too hot and felt suffocating.

In general very good hotel with close location to shopping mall

Pros: Hotel is an good condition. Clean room, rich breakfast, friendly staff , specially Alexander and Aram from the Front Office team.

Cons: On second day of stay after room cleaning the tea cups has been taken out. After reguesting to bring back to the room tea cups was waitint too long time. Which is unacceptable.

Great place to stay.

Pros: Really beautiful hotel with nice staff and restaurant. Close to the old town. I felt welcome and the staff in the reception was very helpful (lunchbox, umbrella, places to go etc.)

Bathroom not good.

Pros: Beds and room were big and clean, tv also is big with much tv channels. And receptionist named Aleksander was on of the best I ever met. Very polite,clean, and very kind although we were checking at late hours.

Cons: Sink was stacked, there was a dirt in a bath tub, not possible to adjust water temperature and was constantly changing from warm to cold water. Room 805.And first time I see in hotel that little bottle of welcome water is 2.5 eur payable.Toilet paper is not good enough. Not good value for money definitely. This was my second visit to hotel...first was okayy.
