Comfortable, classy and tranquil

Pros: This is anexcelkent hotel. Tge reception staff are respectful, courteous and very helpful . The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. The decor is traditiobal and classy.

One of the best hotels in the city with an excellent location.

Pros: Very cozy, atmospheric, and beautiful hotel. The renovation was a pleasant surprise: the updated rooms look fresh and stylish, with an interior thoughtfully designed down to the smallest details. The breakfasts are delicious and varied, and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. We were left with only the most pleasant impressions from our stay.

Pros: We got upgraded and it was a lovely room, big size.

Cons: We did not like that the following: - No information about that the sauna has to be booked - when we came to the pool/sauna- it was full. We chose this hotel because they have pool and sauna and in 2 nights, we could not use it once. - Incredible queues to the breakfast room - the hotel was understaffed - Ice cold temperature in the gym

Pros: The location is amazing, the hotel is in the heart of the old town Ljubljana so everything is really nearby. The room si spacious, the bathroom is amazing.

Cons: The breakfast could be better. In the morning we had to wait in the line to get the table.
