A great base for exploring Ljubliana

Pros: Good location near the station and the old town/river. Efficient, friendly staff, comfortable room.

Cons: An extra pillow would have been good as would tea/coffee making facilities in the room. These are minor issues, however.

Good hotel near the city center

Pros: Good location for a city break in Ljubljana. The hotel is near the city center and easy to find. The rooms are basic, but clean.

Cons: The breakfast could be improved - there are very few options (savory and sweet) available. The hotel doesn’t have its own parking garage, but there’s one nearby (aprox. 300m from the hotel), which is pretty expensive though (30€/night).

Great room, lovely breakfast, no fuss.

Pros: The breakfast had a great variety and the eggs were well cooked. The shower in the room had great pressure and the lifts are super fast.

Cons: From our room, I was woken at 7 am by the city bells.

Fantastic value for money

Pros: My room was on the 10th floor, so there was no street noise. Clean and fresh, not big, but big enough for a short stay. The breakfast menu was a bit limited, but I had scrambled eggs (which were delicious) with crusty rolls, a little bit of cheese and cold ham. It’s about 5 minutes to Dragon Bridge, so very good location. I will certainly stay here again whenever I visit Ljubljana.

Cons: The room could have been a bit bigger and better furnished (there were no drawers). The breakfast could have had more choice. There wasn’t a fantastic romantic view of the city, but the price was fantastic for a city centre hotel. For a short stay it was perfect.

Pros: Clean rooms with very good cleaning service . Very good location. Very good mattresses and beds.

Cons: The breakfast was not so good . Small rooms and also need some fixing (for example wall painting)

Highly recommend staying here, extremely worth the price

Pros: Perfect location situated right on the edge of the old town. Our room had castle/old town views with big windows. Staff were very helpful, room was very clean and nicely decorated.

Pros: A large room on the 12th floor with beautiful views. Close to the old town and pedestrian area. There are plenty of different parking options nearby at varying prices. We parked near the train station, a 5-minute walk from the hotel, and it cost around 11 euros per night. Breakfast was standard, which was enough for us. Check-in was quick.
