Nice hotel central to Christmas markets and old town

Pros: Everything was good! Staff were helpful and very professional. Everything was very clean. Breakfast had a big choice and was very nice.

Cons: No smoking but that’s probably a law. You can smoke out the front but it’s inconvenient to go down so many floors all the time.

A fabulous stay!

Pros: Staff were excellent. Very helpful and accommodating. They even allowed us a slightly earlier check in because the room was already available and a late carpark check out. Location was great. Walking distance to everything. The heated floor in the bedroom and bathroom was perfect for the cold weather outside!

Cons: Due to the proximity to the Franciscan Church of the Annunciation, the church bells ringing early in the morning can be disturbing if you are a light sleeper and not a morning person. Perfect though to wake you up and start the day early.

Pros: Hotel was very nice, stuff very polite and friendly and excellent location just steps away from the centre. Unfortunately when we arrived did not had chance to use the pool due to construction work but overall its nice hotel to stay at.

Pros: The staff were friendly, room was clean and the location was perfect for exploring by foot.

Cons: The room was hot and hard to sleep with door open due to very cold weather as we were there in December. But this is a minor point

Awesome Hotel

Pros: This is the best hotel I have stayed throughout my trip. The location is superb, it is just next to the pedestrian zone, so if you are taking taxi, you can be dropped off right at the lobby and yet it is still very near to the Preseren Square. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and thoughtful. The rooms are clean, comfortable, spacious and nicely decorated. We stayed during winter and the heater is just at the right temperature. The beds are comfortable. I requested for non carpeted rooms and the hotel delivers. The breakfast was great with many choices. The best part is that they gave my son a surprise birthday cake on his birthday!! It totally made his day!! Thank You very much Eurostar uHotel for making our stay a memorable one!! Will definitely stay here when I visit Ljubljana again.

Cons: Nothing to dislike. All is great!!
