Fantastic stay and would be happy to return

Pros: Loved the central location, a stones throw from everything. Beds were comfy. Underfloor heating was a pleasant surprise! Staff lovely and friendly. Went above any beyond and allowed us to check in 4 hours early. Minibar great to allow for refrigerated cold drinks, and space for snacks. Immaculate and clean.

Cons: Maybe an extra pillow, although sure if had asked it would have been possible. Maybe a curtain for the bathroom door, was the surrounding wall curtain is perfect.

The hotel, restaurant, cocktail bar are worth the trip for staff attitude and hotel location..

Pros: Location is fabulous, very central in Old Town and even though it is within a pedestrian area, it is a 3/4 minute walk to hotel from where you can be dropped by airport transfer etc. Breakfast is excellent. All Front of House staff are very good, friendly and go out of their way to help. Restaurant for dinner is very welcoming and menu is very good. Staff knowledgeable and friendly.

Cons: Housekeeping falls a little short of what I would have expected from a 4 star hotel. Carpet had a notable stain that could probably come out with a carpet cleaner. Curtain also had a stain. Bed linen was not changed at all over the 7 day stay, I would have been content to once in that period..however towels were changed daily, which was over kill in this day of sustainability.

Lovely hotel and amazing shower!

Pros: The decor was great and the most amazing shower. Lovely comfy beds too. The staff were really welcoming and friendly. We’d definitely recommend you to other people!

Cons: Why is it so dark and gloomy? My room 17,was incredibly hot. Hard to read the menu as not enough light. Why?

Ljubljana is a beautiful city, full of historical and cultural delights.

Pros: Great location, with helpful, friendly staff. Nice choice for breakfast. Modern rooms, with cosy feel to whole hotel.

Cons: The shower door leaked water out onto the main bathroom floor and more hanging pegs would be useful.

Pros: Lovely hotel and great location, walking distance to everything.

Welcoming hotel brillant staff the place to stay in Ljubljana old town

Pros: Central location. Wonderful staff so helpful, nice cosy atmosphere, lovely food in the restaurant and good breakfast cooked for you.

Cons: Glass doors in the bathrooms not the best for two friends sharing.

Fabulous location

Pros: The location is fabulous, and the hotel is pretty beyond our expectations.

Cons: I don't really like these modern bathroom separated only by glass from the room, with every action heard and seen. And we were unpleasantly surprised by expensive parking - 35 euros/day (not really the hotel's fault, but still)

Pros: The location is perfect, the breakfast is nice and the outside area is brilliant

Cons: Our room was fine, but in one of our friends rooms the heater didn't work and it was freezing - they only admitted on the last day that there was a problem despite our friends telling them multiple times. Another room was very smelly (sewage smell), so they had to change rooms (which was no problem though)
