Multi-star Hotel

Pros: We were very pleased with the staff! They were helpful, with our room sheets, towels and with the luggage room since the train station's were out of order. One of us had an important interview and they let them in a private place! There are NO words to explain! Where's the 6-star option???!!! We already have decided to visit this hotel in the future!

I like staying in the hotell and would stay there again, for sure. I recommend it!

Pros: Location: the location is fantastic. Close to the Triple Bridge and around 20 minutes from the bus/train station, walking. Room: I stayed in a room different from the pictures showed in Booking.com, but the room was nice and comfy. Breakfast: 8 out 10, in my opinion. Staff: very polite and helpful.

Cons: Heating: The heating in the room wasn’t working, and they had a portable heater in the room. I moved this heater close to the bed, so it was ok. When I arrived, the shower hose was in the wall bracket, but as soon as I turned on the shower, it fell. The fixed part on the wall wasn’t secure, so the hose wouldn’t stay upright and kept resting on the faucet. The only way I found to have my hands free was to place it in the corner, with the water directed toward the shower door. Because of that, the water went out of the shower area and flooded the entire bathroom, even reaching a bit into the bedroom.

Central and cozy stay in Ljubljana

Pros: The room was very comfortable and tidy, the bathroom clean and new. Even it is in the city centre there were no noises around. The staff is kind and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Ljubljana.
