Pros: Very nice staff and cosy room. Check out at 12pm it's perfect

Cons: Too hot in the room, we had to keep a window open to be able to get some sleep

Overall, a good experience, but it would be great if all advertised amenities are fully available.

Pros: Great stay overall! The breakfast was amazing with plenty of delicious options to choose from — definitely a highlight of the experience.

Cons: However, the gym was not operational as mentioned in the listed facilities, which was a bit disappointing and a minus point for us.

Pros: I booked economy room but before doing that I read all the recent comments. And the comments are true, the location of the hotel is top, really in the center, the hotel itself is nice but the room and the hallway to access the room is old and need renovation. The hotel has ongoing renovation which was not problematic, I didn’t notice any noise. Room itself it is not 4star hotel room. It is more like a basic 3 star hotel room. Which is also fine but I think the price for the stay should correspond to the 3 star standard so it should have been cheaper. And regarding a heating in the room, it was very warm but then I adjusted the temperature on the radiator and everything was good. Breakfast was good and I liked the 12 o’clock check out.

Overall very pleasant stay

Pros: Location, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was really nice and complete, the room was spacious and the bed comfy. They even help me prepare a welcome surprise card with mini cakes for my husband’s birthday.

Cons: The room heat was too high and the parking expensive
