Perfect stay in the heart of Ljubljana

Pros: Everything was perfect. Staff was really helpful and considerate. They were flexible. Breakfast was excellent with very fresh products. Spa was really nice as well.

Pros: From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for something special. The service at this hotel was outstanding from start to finish — warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive without ever feeling forced. Every member of the team made us feel so comfortable and cared for, which really set the tone for our stay. We stayed in the Roman Room, a beautiful double room with a balcony, and it was nothing short of amazing. The décor was stunning, the room was cool and relaxing, and the bed was so comfortable. Everything was spotless — it’s clear how much care and attention goes into maintaining the rooms and the hotel as a whole. The little touches made all the difference, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for more. It felt like luxury and home all at once. This is easily one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in, and we’re already looking forward to coming back.

Gem of Ljubljana

Pros: The hotel is located right in the historic car free center. The high quality of the service starts when you approach the hotel. At the barrier of the car free zone staff members are already waiting you to guide you inside. Once inside you leave the car and the team members of the concierge unload your luggage and escort you to the entrance of the hotel which is two minutes walking. You only see your car back when you leave. The service is impeccable. The approach of every staff member is warm and friendly. We enjoyed our room. Once we had dinner in the hotel which was delicious. The breakfast is legend.

Cons: The hotel could improve the high level of service by introducing Netflix to the channels. The hotel is highly recommendable

Pros: Everything about this hotel was really excellent - from the welcome, to the cleanliness, facilities and comfort of the room, to the early check-in and late check-out, and the really excellent breakfast. Quite exceptional. Also a fantastic location.

Pros: The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel’s design was probably the best I have I ever seen, everything thought-through for maximum ease and comfort. And the quality of the staff was of the same standard: welcoming, professional, preempting needs. (I fell and bruised my leg and before I had finished explaining what had happened I’d been offered an ice-pack, meds and a doctor if necessary. Fortunately the icepack was all I needed.)

Cons: I honestly cannot think of a thing.
