Pros: Design & decoration of the hotel & my room were simply amazing. Breakfast was super good. And it was possible to grab some fruits/tea/coffee/biscuits in the dining room during the day too. Service & personel - really good. Really happy I have chosen this hotel when visiting Ljubljana for the first time ! Ah, forgot to mention that hotel is located in the heart of city center, that's a big advantage!

Felt like home!

Pros: The set up was excellent. It felt so warm and cozy. They welcomed us with complimentary fruits and prosecco. Location is perfect

Cons: Please do consider there are stairs to climb. Although i do jot mind, just take this into consideration.

A perfect part of town in a very comfortable and welcoming hotel with fabulous service

Pros: It was very welcoming and comfortable. The afternoon tea was a lovely treat.the staff were all very lovely and helpful. It was in such a perfect spot. The breakfast was fabulous.

Cons: The shower was hard work. The taps were labeled incorrectly the shower head kept falling down. The shower screen didn’t really work so well kept flooding the bathroom. The towels were an inconsistent size. And the rooms so hot required windows open but someone was smoking just outside the room.

Pros: Faultless. Beautiful, well appointed hotel with friendly helpful and efficient staff. A particular high point is breakfast, served in a charming room and catering to every possible taste. An absolute pleasure from start to finish. Highly recommended.
