Pros: 5* Perfect in pretty much every way, staff so nice, location perfect, rooms and hotel very clean and smart, bed very comfortable and big TV in room too.

Cons: Only thing I can think of is no bread, toaster or microwave which would help and are a very cheap thing to add, microwave because the hash browns n sausages go cold and to warm pastry up Easy fix and cheap if they invested in these then there's literally nothing I can think of

Fabulous hotel with wonderful Slovenia people

Pros: :Superb breakfast :Staff were extremely helpful and friendly (particular shoutout to the lady at breakfast who enthusiastically opened earlier on our departure date to accommodate us and very friendly the whole time) :Everywhere within walking distance Warm and clean

Cons: Our room was on the front and it was used as a racetrack (particularly Friday eve) with a lot of revving and whooping. Not the hotels fault and our friends didn’t hear it in their room which was at the other angle of the hotel but was a little uncomfortable for us.

excellent place!

Pros: fantastic place! recommend very strongly! the breakfast is one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had! the staff is very helpful and accomodating. I am a bit of a fussy guest needing a quiet room and they happily movied my room to accomodate me. everything was clean and new, beds good.

Cons: there is only one negative about this place, otherwise I would have rated it 10. this is the lack of 24 hour manned front desk. I know this is saving the hotel money but it has two negative effects. 1) it makes it stressful whenever I come back after 10, will my card work? what if my wallet was stolen... and 2) it forces the hotel to intrusively email you before your arrival repeatedly asking you when you arrive, to make absolutely certain you arrive before 10. it seems unusual for a hotel as upscale as this not to have a 24 hour manned front desk, but I guess there is some economic reason for this.

Pros: Nice location in the city center, public transport around the corner. Room was comfortable, staff very friendly. Breakfast had a lot of choice and even freshly prepared local dishes.

I would rather look for another hotel

Pros: - very good location - nice and modern rooms - fresh breakfast

Cons: - too expensive for what it offers, I have paid almost 200 euros per night in the first days of January - the place where breakfast is taken is too crowded - the hot breakfast dishes are prepared on the spot, but you can’t order more than one dish because you’ll be charged €5 for each dish. More precisely, if I get Eggs Benedict and štrukli, I pay €5 — what nonsense!

Modern, nice, clean and super comfortable stay with exquisite breakfast.

Pros: Vere kind receptionist and warm welcome. Room was very nice and clean. I like whole hotel interior. There is also available parking spots. Breakfast was exquisite and with fresh eggs omelette and egg bennedict.

Cons: Waitress has really bad mood (measured tone of conversation) on breakfast, but there were no other negative experience. Maybe she has god just bad day.

Wondefully Slovenian and full of comforts!

Pros: Exceptional hotel with personal touches. Wonderful breakfast with produce from their farms (fruit juices, jams, sausages, cheese, etc.). Great staff and a warm welcome. I thoroughly recommend this hotel and I would stay again if in Ljubljana.

Cons: The TV system needs to be looked at but still good.
