Pros: Staff was very polite and willing to help (especially Maria!), very clean and comfortable room with all the amenities and smart options, very good breakfast with a lot of options, and Great location!

Excellent location, lovely hotel and wonderful staff

Pros: fantastic location only minutes to the river and old town. Staff were so welcoming upon our arrival providing us with complimentary coffee and pastries. They sat down with us in reception to ask what we wanted to do and were we wanted to go and advised us accordingly. Everyone from reception to housekeeping and breakfast staff were so friendly . I highly recommend this place and would return without hesitation.

Cons: Rooms were a bit too warm and unable to control the temperature. had to sleep with the window open which allowed street noise outside to be heard.

Great hotel in a top location.

Pros: All round great hotel in the middle of Ljubljana, very close to the main bar and restaurant area. Beautiful modern rooms, very good breakfast room and breakfast menu. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful.

Cons: Nothing. All good.

Pros: Amazing hotel — everything was excellent. The room and the bathroom were absolutely superb: spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed. A special highlight is the breakfast. Friends, this is not a buffet — your breakfast is prepared personally for you, and they take into account every preference. Breakfast is a solid 100/100. The staff deserve a separate mention: genuinely friendly, attentive, and always looking for ways to do something nice for me. I especially want to thank Maria, who took care of me at breakfast. She recommended dishes from the menu based on my habits and preferences, and even made me a cappuccino with a double ristretto — without me having to explain how to do it. A true professional.

Pros: Great location. Excellent breakfast. Lovely staff. We were in the city over Christmas and New Year with live concerts down the road every night. I was given some ear plugs and slept like a log every night. The staff are super attentive and great. Thank you!

Friendly cosy hotel with amazing breakfasts and great location!

Pros: Great hotel. Very near the centre. Great rooms, loved the complimentary mini bar stocked full of lots of soft drinks, cereal bars and beer. Amazing a la carte breakfasts. Excellent bathroom with products, bathrobes and slippers.
